SICC round co hosted by us and Yeovil, using our gym, and equipment etc.. for half of the money after bills have been paid. gym fees and trophies , tea coffee blah blah.......

Hello All, Does anyone know if Yeovil are bringing their carpet over on Friday night so that we can set up for Sunday, according to their forum they are racing Friday night?  I can get to the gym fairly early and make a start if someone lets me know. Cheers, Terry |

They are coming over Sat to set up as far as i know, But im working until at least half 12 so wont be able to get there until about 1pm

Darrel told me it is all sorted and someone is meeting us at the Gym around 10.00am on Saturday morning. I understand you guys are leaving your carpet down. We will be bringing more carpet, our PA system and some track markers. We will then set up the SICC track using your stuff and ours.

I will be at the gym by 10:00am on Saturday.
How wide will your track be, we will lay ours on Friday to suit. ie 5 strips = 10 metres wide
